What are lash infills?
Why infills are needed
Your natural lashes have a growth cycle. As old lashes shed naturally, the extensions attached to them fall off too. An infill replaces the lashes that have grown out and tidies up the rest, keeping your set looking full and fresh.
How often
We recommend booking infills every 2–3 weeks. If you wait longer than 3 weeks, you may need a longer session or a full new set, as too many lashes will have grown out.
What happens during the appointment
We remove any grown-out or twisted extensions, clean your lash line, and apply fresh extensions to your new natural lashes. The result looks like a brand new set every time.
Pricing
Infills start from £50 depending on the type of lash set you’re maintaining (classic, hybrid, or volume) and how many lashes need replacing. We’ll confirm the price at your appointment.

Your appointment, step by step
Assessment
We check your current set and identify which lashes need replacing or removing.
Removal
Any grown-out, twisted, or damaged extensions are gently removed.
Cleanse
Your lash line is cleaned to remove any buildup before new extensions are applied.
Application
Fresh extensions are applied to your new natural lashes. You leave looking like you have a brand new set.

Questions about infills
How often should I get infills?
Every 2–3 weeks. Waiting longer means more lashes will have grown out, which may require a longer session or a full new set.
Can I switch styles at my infill?
Yes. At your infill we can change the styling, length, curl, or move between classic, hybrid and volume, your set evolves with you.
What if I’ve left it too long?
If more than 50% of your extensions have grown out, we may recommend a full new set rather than an infill. Just get in touch and we’ll advise.
Do infills cost the same every time?
The price depends on how many of your natural lashes are still wearing extensions when you come in. Infills start from £50.
