What are lash extensions?
How they work
Individual extensions are applied to your natural lashes, one by one, using a professional adhesive. The result is longer, more defined lashes that look natural and last 2–3 weeks before you need an infill. You lie down with your eyes closed for the whole treatment. Most clients fall asleep.
What they look like
That depends entirely on the style you choose. Classic lashes give a subtle, mascara-like finish. Hybrid adds a bit more texture and fullness. Volume creates soft, fluffy density. We tailor every set to your eye shape, your face, and the look you want.
Do they hurt?
Not at all. The application is painless. Your eyes are closed the whole time, and most clients find it so relaxing they drift off. You might feel a light touch, but there’s no discomfort.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly. We use lightweight extensions, professional UV-cured adhesive, and proper isolation technique. Your natural lashes are never overloaded. Lash health is always our priority.

Every appointment starts with a consultation. We’ll look at your natural lashes, talk through what you’re after, and find the right option together. You don’t need to have it figured out before you arrive.
Your First Appointment
What to expect, step by step
Before you arrive
Come with clean lashes, free of mascara and eye makeup. Please remove contact lenses before we start. If you don’t have a case, we’ll provide one.
Consultation
We’ll go through the look together and choose what suits you and your lifestyle best before we begin. This usually takes 5–10 minutes.
The treatment
You lie down, close your eyes, and relax. Lower lashes are gently taped, and extensions are applied one by one. It takes 1–2 hours depending on the style. Most clients fall asleep.
Aftercare
You’ll leave with an aftercare kit including lash shampoo, a cleansing brush, spoolies, and simple care instructions, plus a recommended infill date.
Maintenance
Your lashes will last 2–3 weeks before needing an infill. Infills are shorter appointments (1–1.5 hours) that keep your set looking fresh. Most clients book every 2–3 weeks.
